The investment and trading properties held by the Group include commercial, office and industrial buildings.   Most of them are located in prime commercial and industrial districts, such as Central and Kowloon West.  We have effectively grown the value of our properties through continuous improvement, renovation and restoration.   Our rental income has risen steadily over the past few years.
